We are one month away from the performances of the fifth grade musical “Readin’, ‘Ritin’ and Rockin’”. Evening performances are scheduled for Thursday, May 12, and Friday, May 13 at 7:30 each evening. Please review the costume list for details about the specific costume your son or daughter needs. The time period is the fabulous 50’s: think “Grease” or “Happy Days”- poodle skirts, letter sweaters, black leather jackets, and white t-shirts. If you have questions please call or email Mrs. LaGrone or a fifth grade teacher. Check with your neighbors and relatives, Idaho Youth Ranch, Deseret Industries, Mustard Seed, etc., and if any of you have extra items of 50’s style clothing that we might be able to borrow please let us know. All 5th grade students are expected to participate in all performances. We are learning the songs from the show and are busy blocking scenes. We are excited about the show and hope you are, too!

Thank you,

Mrs. LaGrone
