Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, Buhl School District will no longer be part of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program.

As a result, families will once again need to complete a Free and Reduced Meal Application to determine eligibility for meal benefits.

Families are encouraged to complete an application as soon as possible. The application process is quick and confidential, and completing an application helps our food service department accurately determine eligibility for meal benefits while supporting our ability to continue providing nutritious meals to all students.

Applications can be completed online through EduTrak or by submitting a paper application, available at your student’s school or by download here:

If you have questions or need assistance completing an application, please contact your student’s school or the Food Service Department at 208-543-6436, ext. 114.

Please take a moment to review Buhl School District Policy 8240P regarding lunch charges.

Complete your Free and Reduced Meal Application and conveniently pay for your student's meals through EduTrak in your PowerSchool parent portal.

Popplewell Elementary is proud to participate in the USDA Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program, providing students with opportunities to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables. Learn more below.
