Beginning July 1, Idaho law requires all public schools to observe a daily 60-second moment of silence at or near the beginning of each school day.
At Buhl School District, this moment of silence will be incorporated into the daily morning routine in every classroom. During this time, students will remain silent, and no instruction or other classroom activities will take place.
This is a statewide requirement for all Idaho public schools. We wanted to share this information with families now, so they are aware of this change before the start of the school year.
