PUBLIC NOTICE FOR DESTRUCTION OF SCHOOL RECORDS

According to school board policy, the Buhl Joint School District No. 412 hereby gives notice that permanent student files from the 2010, 2011, and 2012 school years are no longer needed and will be destroyed (by shredding). Transcripts will not be destroyed and are permanent records kept by the district. Transcripts may be obtained by contacting Buhl High School (208) 543-8262.

Destruction of these records is the best protection against improper and unauthorized disclosure.

If you wish to review the file or keep the file for your records, please make the request to the Buhl School District Office by September 9, 2019.
