BUS PLAN
Beginning Monday, April 6 the district will deliver meals and homework packets to students who do not reside in town but have a regular bus route. Lunch and breakfast will be available at the bus stops for those who need them.
Buses will leave Popplewell Elementary at 11:00 a.m. Buses will arrive at regular bus stops approximately 4.5 hours earlier than when they normally dropped off students at the end of each school day. For example, if you are dropped off at your bus stop at 4:00 p.m., your bus will be there at approximately 11:30 a.m. There could be a ten to fifteen minute delay the first few days as we try to work out all the bumps.
Children living in town will still be able to pick up lunches and breakfast at Popplewell Elementary.
Homework packets will be delivered according to each school’s plan. The building plans are listed on the District’s website.
High school student packets will be delivered at bus stops upon request.
Middle school student packets will be delivered at the bus stops if they are not picked up at the middle school between the hours of 11 – 12 a.m. on Wednesdays.
Elementary students have been contacted by their teachers and will receive packets per the instructions parents gave to the teachers.
