BHS Drill Tuesday Morning

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Buhl High School, in coordination with the Buhl Police Department, will be conducting an active shooter drill on the morning of Tuesday, May 13. This drill is part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of our students and staff in the event of an emergency.

Please note that this is only a drill. Students have already been informed and have been practicing the procedures in preparation. They were also given the opportunity to opt out ahead of time. If your student decides they would like to opt out, they can still notify the main office first thing Tuesday morning.

We will send out another reminder on Tuesday morning to reassure families that this is a planned drill.

Buhl High School en coordinación con la policía de Buhl, llevará un entrenamiento de tirador activo en la mañana del martes 13 de mayo. Este entrenamiento es parte de nuestro compromiso en asegurar la seguridad y la preparación de nuestros alumnos en el caso de una emergencia.

Por favor nota que es solo un entrenamiento. Los estudiantes ya han sido informados y han estado practicando los procedimientos en preparación. También se les dio la oportunidad de optar por no participar antes de tiempo. Si su estudiante decide que le gustaría optar por no participar, todavía puede notificar a la oficina principal a primera hora del martes por la mañana.

Enviaremos otro recordatorio el martes por la mañana para tranquilizar a las familias de que este es un simulacro planeado.
