PROCEDURE
For those students with Chromebooks/computers and internet access, all work will be posted on Google Classrooms. All text books will be online.
Students without access will pick up and drop off weekly homework packets on Wednesdays between 11 and 12 at the middle school or at their bus stops.
Students are to email advisory teachers before Tuesday if there are materials that they
need from the classroom or lockers so it can be picked up the following Wednesday.
Teachers will have online office hours either through Zoom, Google Meets or Goggle Hangouts, and directions for accessing teachers online will be posted in their Google Classrooms.
OFFICE HOURS
8th grade teachers will have online office hours as follows: Mrs. Doxey - Tues and Wed from 9-10 Mrs. Williamson - Wed and Fri from 10-11 Mrs. Pryor - Tues and Thurs from 10-11 Mrs. Metzler - Mon and Thurs from 9-10 Mrs. Silveus - Mon and Tues from 8 to 12
7th grade teachers will have online office hours between 8 and 12 Mondays and Wednesdays.
6th grade teachers will have online office hours are as follows: Mrs. Hill – 6th Grade Social Studies: Monday and Wednesday 1:30 - 2:00 & 2:30 - 3:00 STEM 2:00 to 2:30pm. Mrs. Henslee – Monday and Wednesdays 12:30-1:00 and 3:00-3:30 Ms. Dale – 6th grade: 12:3-1:00, 2:30-3:00 Advanced 6th grade: 1:00-2:00 Advanced 7th grade: 3:00-4:00 Ms. Gallegos – Monday and Wednesdays 12-12:30 and 1-1:30 Mrs. Barger - Monday and Wednesday 1:00 - 1:30 and 3:00 - 3:30
